We want you to love your OLIVV pieces. If something is not right, here is how exchanges and returns work.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

How to start an exchange

1. Contact us by email or on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and the item and size you would like instead.
3. We will confirm the next steps and let you know how to send the item back.

What cannot be exchanged

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
• Items without their original tags.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Where an exchange is not possible, we will review refund requests case by case. If a refund is approved, it will be sent using the same method you paid with, or arranged with you directly for cash on delivery orders.
